| 8/19/08 and 8/22/08 - Walked 3 mph for 30 minutes both days. It's not so bad if I throw pandora on the iphone and read a book at the same time. I got 3 things done at once. Plus, I excercised.
It only burns about 110 calories. Definitely not as good as running. But I think I need to start slow, or I'm going to burn myself out on it again.
